Axle and drum all good, wear pattern says shoe is centred, but radius doesn't match drum. Fix that by either arc grinding the shoes to match, or adjust them firm and keep driving and adjusting until they wear in. Most brake shops can grind to suit - next time start with O/S linings. When linings are undersize to drum, they rock as the piston pushes them out changing the contact position - rock and roll brakes not so good.
