I don't see the tailgates which is a big deal. Good ones are hard to find. The lower tailgate can be fabricated as it is pretty straight forward. The upper tailgate is not reproducible due to the windows. Hinges are hard to find but are easily repaired. A 1/2 ton carryall upper tailgate should fit just fine. The lower tailgate could be made to fit if it were shortened a bit (I would cut a good section of the bottom of the tailgate off then remove the amount metal needed then weld the bottom of the tailgate back on).

You might have to find and modify a set of barn doors for the rear like Paul in NY but they are also hard to find. The carryall rear opening was setup to take either tailgates or barn doors. The civilian carryalls have the barn doors. Dodge, when building the WC, simply took the civilian body made a couple of changes and slapped it on a WC frame. The 1/2 ton carryalls are much closer to the civilian model. Dodge made more changes for the 3/4 ton carryall. They cut a cup of inches out below the doors to lower the body and put different front floor pans in. The other major change was in the rear fender cutouts making them much smaller and round which looks a lot better in my opinion. I bet the enclosed civilian rear fenders would bolt right up to the 1/2 ton as might the front fenders. I gave never tried it but I bet they would. There are changes in the dash verses the civilian.
