I tend to agree with the others.
Use some anti-seize and be careful to not over tighten, because of where you might be when you have to take a wheel off.
Regular checks of tightness are a good practice.
I had a situation recently where a 3/4 drive impact wrench would not budge my lugs, neither would a 4' breaker bar.
I had to use heat to get them loose.
The lugs had rusted to the wheel and stud under one of the 'chrome lug caps' that many use. I guess it held some water in it.
