Yep. Bob showed me how to do it on a WC-63 that had been sitting in his woods for 15 years. You shave the bend in the Allen wrench so it can clear the plug hole. You shave the short end so it resembles a screw driver. Let's you feel the lip of the valve. Get on top of it and tap. Lots of Marvel Mystery Oil helps.
