Frankentruck. Probably was an Air Force ambulance (M43?). Original body long gone, has 72 International cab, 68 Ford short bed stepside. Cab and bed are beyond repair, in my opinion, but I have seen miracles before.
Motor is flathead six, 12 volt, oil bath air cleaner. Nothing is frozen up as of last week, and the truck was running/working when parked 20 odd years ago, excepting brakes. Great parts truck if you need a motor, tranny, transfer case, axles, ect.
Never been in salt, by the look of the frame and drive train.
Truck is located in Jefferson County, Florida (near Tallahassee).
Make me an offer, before I do something stupid like try to fix it...
