1/2 ton WC Shock Absorber problem

3 out the 4 shocks on my W-12 are leaking fluid out the arm where it exits the body of the shock. Is it NFG and a throwaway or can it be repaired? Other than the leaks they do seem to operate normally. Thanks for any advice.
