The feed comes from just below the T stat housing. There is a pipe plug that must be removed and a barbed fitting screwed in. The return is a "SPECIAL" steel pipe and formed end that is pressed into the head. The port for that fitting presently has sand core type plug pressed in. Be ready for serious sticker shock at the price for that short 'roughly 5 inch' steel tube...I guess one could tap a thread in the hole and screw in a barbed fitting ??? I dont remember the size of the existing hole.

Then you will also want to put in new injectors rated for (the CPL) of the engine your going to end up with. ANd of course a
new flow bench setup of the injector pump to match the new injectors.

For sure, its doable, but not plug n play.
