Kaegi is right. You can make an 8 bolt flywheel fit a 4 bolt crank by simply rotating the flywheel around until the holes line up. I have heard said that all 218 cranks are 4 bolt and all 230 cranks are 8 bolts. Don't know if that is true or not.
