In my experience the single piece window stuff that goes around the edge of the window should be available pretty much anywhere that sells that stuff, just need to get some dimensions, but either of the source you list should be basically the same. The clips are a different animal though.
They should also be just about the same for the rest of the window weather strip, but going to other sources could be a bit more problematic without very careful information.
If you have vent windows then I'd stick to either of those vendors.
