When it happens the first time to you, no one needs to tell you that you've got a problem. So, first things first--have every wheel balanced. Turns out, I had one so out of balance we could not put enough weights on it. It became the spare and the two with the least needs went on the front with the other two on the back. No more problem so far.
Of course, all the other steps should be taken, sooner rather than later if the problem shakes you up again.
