1940 VF-404

We picked up this VF-404 from Jeff Chester after the auction along with the extra frame, six fenders, extra drivetrain parts, grill guards, military windshields, running boards, etc.

Today we noticed that only one of Keith's three VF-401s and this frame have the auxiliary springs in the rear. The other two of Keith's VFs and this one don't have the helper springs. Wonder what's up with that?

Frame on this one has been bobbed and the bed shortened. Spare frame is excellent. Will be needing a gas tank.
