There is a Dodge truck That has been parked in someone's driveway forever that looks like this truck. It does have the double headlights. but after Joe pointed it out thew singles in this truck, it looks as if there is room for the doubles. I don't know much about the identifying features of the various years. Were double headlights an option or for a particular year? I just see these vehicles sitting forever not being worked on (unloved) and want them to sit in my yard instead
