1) Provide written testimony from the State Representative of your district, along with supporting documents proving the following:
a. That your thesis on the subject has been published in the SAE Journal of Transportation Safety during the past 6 months.
b. Certified documents of your ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
2. Provide documentation from both the EPA and Sierra Club stating the proper studies have been completed to assure that no endangered species will be harmed during these tests.
3. Provide current emissions test results performed on the control vehicle from your local state sponsored test facility.
4. Have all documents and correspondence notarized.
