I'm going to say that the stock steering ratio and effort would make it very difficult to perform the maneuver. The key will be initiating the turn quickly enough to get the rear end to snap around without losing momentum. Countersteer to complete the slide might not be as much of an issue since the steering self-centers fairly well and will at least get you back to center quickly.
