I talked my insurance agent and he suggested Hagerty. I got a policy from Hagerty with a guaranteed value of $50K and very good liability limits for just about $400 per year. No mileage or usage limits, my teenage sons can drive it, and it's got basic roadside assistance. That's a pretty good deal in CA.
