WC Light Switch Question

Question about the Light switch for the WCs. The "LIGHTS" switch, is it a single position push pull switch? Or is there a two step position to where I could wire a parking light position and then an "all on" position. I've never used one of those is the reason I ask. Also, is the shape a lock button I guess? I'm total newb on the OE application on a lot of this stuff. Sorry.
