I queried them about that red truck on the Hop Commander beer label, just got a reply:

Unfortunately that truck only lives in my imagination at this point. Hopefully down the road we will be able to put one together with a full service draft system in the back for beer festivals and parties. I am glad you all like the logo and hopefully the beer! We look forward to sending you out some shirts!
