Two sided window regulator springs

When the WC Carryalls were manufactured, they used the same type of flat torsion springs found in the door windows, for the side windows--only smaller with two coils facing each other as one piece.

When I disassembled mine to unfreeze and lubricate them not one of the four was intact. The "Master Parts List" on page 292 has a picture.

Does anyone have a source for these little double springs or how they can be fabbed?
