i need to get a engine i got going after sitting for 2 years... the throttle is free but the shut down is stiff... i had 2 batters on it and it didn't seam to turn fast enough to start... i don't want to mess inside the governor... if i keep spraying the shut off will she free upside looks very clean... just don't want her to run away..i guess i will need to fix the starter or put better battery in it to
