OK so the gas gauge on the 55 Packard stopped working. Found one of the dash wires were rubbing a bracket. Repair and she was good to go. Then a few weeks later she stopped again On empty wont work. The gas tank and the sender is new from previous work. The customer decided to buy a new Gage and voltage regulator for the gauges. Brought it in and started looking over it again. All the parts test good. wires in good working order and she wont work. Stays on E. Ground her and she goes full and thats it. I have read and poked and prodded over and over again. Test volts and grounds OK. BUT she is Positive ground system. HELP Im going Crazy. Thanks Bill.
