Crankcase breather cap missing too, so lots of ways for rain and rodents to get inside the motor. Why even toss in the line of bull about just needs some fresh gas? How about trying a wrench on the crank pulley and seeing if the engine turns over (all the way). That's something a realistic buyer would care more about. I think one of them doesn't even have spark plug wires.
