The exhaust manifold was welded on the rear port 30 years ago. It is doing fine. The new crack is goes through the heat valve hole and is minor. I am not too worried about that one. The intake would need to have a hole plug welded then drilled out. Brazing will not do for that one. If I had a good intake I would have a shop plane the pair.
