They've always started wobbling after about 4-5000 miles. I had better longevity with bubble balancing.

My feeling is that balnaceing the 100# wheel/tire will have a much bigger effect than the the drum balance, and the hub is such a small diameter that it's off balance will have little effect.

Dynamic on the vehicle is the way to go. I'll describe the shade tree system in another post.
