The link below will take you to what I used to install my beads. It's a fish tank plastic vacuum, plastic hose that comes with the vacuum and a valve steam cap that you cut the head off. Once installed, you lift the vacuum to start the beads and bounce the tube stem off the rim with your finger to get the beads in a single row to feed in. The valve stem is large enough for about one bead at a time. If you get a jam, bounce the stem downward to free it and start again. The hose fits fairly snug around the cap, but if it does come loose and some beads fall into the tire, you'll need to take it apart and get them out, they will put a hole in the tube if left in. After awhile you'll get fairly good at feeding them in, and only pour a couple ounces at a time in the vacuum, just easier to handle. Once in, anytime you check tire pressure have air handy , they can work into the stem and hold the valve open after reading the pressure, so you'll need to blow them back in. It takes about 3 hours a tire to feed in, but once it's done, they drastically improve the ride. Something I would do is make sure the tire and rim are trued, 1/16 is the limit, if not, nothing will help improve the your ride.
