it shouldn't be much of an issue. I suspect you may have some loose steering parts? should just be slightly bumpy for about 5 miles in summer and 10 in winter depending on area you live in. there are outfits that straighten rims as well. should be able to run 55 all day. I have done it for a few hundred thousand miles in these trucks mostly with bias ply some radials. I commuted on and off for years on I5. always with combat rims or stock split rings.
