1. put each wheel on a hub rotate & measure the lateral and vertical run out - mark them
2. using an old school bubble balancer check each wheel and mark the heavy spot and amount of weight needed.
3. using an easy to make plywood base and check each tire marking the heavy spot and amnt of weight to equalize it
4. no brainer - mount tires on wheels indexed to use the least amount of weight
5. balance on a spin balancer mounting off of the bolt circle not the center hole
6. mount the two roundest wheels on the front
7. use a finish balancer (on the car spin balancer) to finalize
