Trucks don't use the old clamp on style weight any more so you have to find a shop that can do it. I don't bother having my tires balanced. I use balancing beads in the tube that constantly balance the rim/tire for a much better solution - no more having to have the tires balanced periodically. I think the 900x16 uses 8ozs. per wheel, and you can verify on the internet.
