The two threads on titles brought up a familiar, old, recurring question- how to transact a vehicle from state to state. I know my state's laws pretty well- Maryland- and I was wondering if we could build a page here with a state by state run down on what is needed for titling, registering or transferring in-state and out-of-state vehicles. I know it would be a lot of work, but I am willing to volunteer to write Maryland's requirements including links if it would help get it started. And I'd be willing to do PA's if you give me time to research it better ( just not as familiar).
