First:
Do you have them aired up to say 50#?
Do you run them for 5 miles at least to get them warm enough to work the flat spot out?
Are they balanced?
Is the front end "tight"?

If the above does not help:
Tire Turing places are around- not as many as back in the day though- the company that makes the machine has a list of shops. I had mine tested and then trued at a big truck shop.
That shop was also able to balance the tire/wheel combo on the truck so the whole rotating mass is balanced.
Don't go to the everyday (soccer mom tire place) as Mikey Stone might say.
