Unless you are buying or selling for parts, it seems the best route is for the seller to obtain a title. The fewer people in line is always the best. I have titled at least 10 vehicles in Idaho, some of which came from other states (big hassel) and some of which were Idaho trucks to start with. It's not easy anywhere, but it will always be easier for the seller than for the buyer.
