When I bought my PW from Indiana it came with a bill of sale.
I went to the court house.
Had to register with the clerk of courts.
Requesting a hearing before a judge.
They helped me fill out the form, no attorney needed.
I had to swear I came by the vehicle legally.
Show my bill of sale.
And that no one had any claim on the truck.
He signed off on my petition for title. I took that to state representative Reed.
He on his next trip to Harrisburg, hand delivered it to Penn Dot.
About 1 week latter I had a title.
