SO SO MANY of the old body to new chassis swaps have been done so poorly that it leaves such a bad taste in my mouth when I see them. So many "sacrifices" of that modern technology are made along with aesthetics. However, the solution sends you down my road which I will not suggest is a path that is frequently followed because its taking forever and costing more, to end up with essentially a cleaner slightly more functioning version of the aforementioned body to chassis swap. Its all a double edged sword. In my opinion, doing one right yields a product with a better longevity.
