find out who actually owns your dealership and call them. I was lucky and found the local owner helpful. i was honest and direct about my experience with my vehicle and the service i received. i ran a parallel effort, calling chrysler corporate for assistance. I was able to get my steering issue resolved - bigger parts and only have the wheel bearings and exhaust DPF to contend with when they go.
