A TexDot worker was blocking a underpass when a guy drove around him, the worker ran to him after he hit the water and was sinking. He couldn't open the doors due to water pressure holding doors closed and when he felt the suction of the pumps that were evacuating the water he had to save himself.
They found the driver in his car and another vehicle with its driver last night after they pumped out the water.
Some people use the water to collect Insurance money on the vehicle, some don't know the water is there, especially in the dark, and I wounder if some use it to end their depression.
