It's getting hard enough to find someone to touch split rings.
I doubt you will find anyone to do the split rims.
Could get lucky and find a large commercial shop but I have my doubts.
Need to keep looking or find new or find 20"
Split rims used.
I'm guessing these are "Budd" wheels?
Just my opinion.
