The bolt patterns on 4wds was:
1957-1958 W100 6 lug
1959-1968 W100 8 lug (from 1961-1968 SWB only)
1969-1980+ W100 5 lug
1957-1960 W200 6 lug
1961-1980+ W200 8 lug
1958-1968 W300 6 lug
1969-1980+ W300 8 lug
The W500 bolt pattern changed in some years based upon the axles used and the weight specified. I've seen 6 bolt and 10 bolt versions in the same year.
