I believe all manufactures get bad batches and it is nothing new with radials. I told this before but when Dodge first started using Cummins, the place I worked for ordered 3 4x4 trucks and they all came with Michelins(E rated) 14 tires in all as one didn't have a spare.

Within 2 years and all had less than 15000 miles, 7 of them blew out from belt shifts. Running the same loads, on the same roads we had NEVER had a blow out using every other cheap brand tire that wasn't even "rated" for the weight we were running. Dodge nor Michelin would do anything about it and I refused to drive the trucks till the owner pitched them all.

He had also replace all 6 of his tires on his mobile home with Michelins right before we got the trucks. He had 3 blowouts on the road while going to Texas and was not a happy "camper". Personally. I'll never own any Michelins. Not because they blew, but because they don't stand behind their product.

Pic shows a Goodyear that delamed while still in the date code spec given. It was E rated as well. This truck has never been overloaded. Never even lost air but scrapped the whole bedside out as it beat the whole side up.

My suggestion is if you feel ANY vibration jack the vehicle up and spin the tires to see if they are out of round or if a belt has shifted. It doesn't take long at all for them to let loose once they start failing.
