Judging by the photos, and the dents, scratches, and touched up paint, you can see in them, I could not rule out the possibility of it being original paint without seeing it in person. Yes, Armour Yellow was an available color that year. I have seen radiator supports painted body color apparently from the factory. Under hold accessories look like they were repainted during a previous engine rebuild.
I would probably be skeptical too if I did not own a truck I bought from the original owner that still wears the factory paint. It too wears the badges earned through the years, but other than the color, is almost a dead ringer for the condition of the finish on the truck in the ebay auction.
