Dylan and I cut the floor from a '66 Sport Fury to help with Dylan's four speed Sport Fury restoration today. Dayuuum. I'm plumb worn out. I've also recently learned that I have inflammatory arthritis. I'm definitely knocking it out of the park while I still can. What a day! Torch, sawzall, impact everything and a broom to finish it off. That poor donor car didn't stand a chance. We now have an intact floor from a car that saw at least two front-end collisions. The front bumper had signatures from when it was re-chromed in 1977. It was smacked sometime thereafter and, unfortunately, unsalvageable. Did I mention that I'm tired? See you folks in Iowa this June. Come hellerhighwater.
