The "first series" beds are on the following Power-Wagon models: WDX - 1946 through 1947, B-1-PW - 1948 through 1949, B-2-PW - 1950, and B-3-PW - very early 1951.
Early in 1951 during the B-3-PW model, the beds changed to the "second series". This series lasted through 1956 and were also found on models B-3-PW 1952 through 1953, C-1-PW - 1954 and C-3-PW - 1955 through 1956. In 1957 the beds changed to the "third series". The "third series" beds were found on models W300 - 1957, W300M - 1958 through 1959, and WM300 - 1960 through the end of the WM300 model in 1968, or 1972 if you count export models.
The second series bed strips will not work on a first series bed without modification. There may be a source of first series bed strips coming soon. We may see a post here when they are available.
