A well regulated militia, means to me, a organized group of local, armed citizens who can shoot straight,execute a volley of shots in a timely manner, reload quickly, execute the using of explosives or any other device needed to accomplish the task at hand.
If need be, we the people, are allowed and encouraged to defend ourselves, to alter or abolish any form of government that becomes destructive of our pursuit of life ,liberty and happiness,and organizing our power ,in such form , that to us shall seem most likely to effect our safety and happiness. Just remember folks, We the people, not the government, have the final say in all this.
