Hmm..The 3208 in my honest opinion would be waaaay too big! If I were you, Id drop in a 3116 Cat, or a Cummins 6BT or a Perkins 6-354. Also a 471 or a 453 or a V6 Detroit may work too. For any of the engines I just listed, you would wanna beef up the front leaf springs, and you would need to get appropriate bellhousing too.. I THINK the Clark 5 speed OD that the Deuce and a half military trucks use would work good with proper bellhousing.
