As some thoughtful, accurate info previously stated, S1438 Section 1062 will allow some some guy sitting behind a desk to start in motion the destruction of your trucks. He wears very shiny shoes, a nice suit, and probably gets his hair cut more often than most of you. When the law is passed, he will faithfully and efficiently help to implement it without a thought to our freedom or you own hopes and dreams. His narrow, limited perception of what made our very America holds little room for you who do not embrace the new (you choose) Disney, greenie-weenie, consumer overspending, big bird, Barney the dinosaur, buy-it-today-toss-it-away-tommorrow, etc. society. If you - own a PW, a mid-70's Chevy Blazer, firearms, - fix your own vehicle, - want build your own garage or a log cabin, - watch in awe the WWII warbirds when they come to your town... that guy behind the desk may see you as a kook, living in the past. Please don't be the guy who asks something like 'they sure don't mean my WC12, do they?' or who says 'yeah, but they'll never do that...'.

Call as many senators and congressmen as you can, NOW.

As the man said....
WE MUST MAKE SURE THAT SECTION 1062 DIES.

Below are the names of the people you should be calling, and a toll-free number to
call them at:

Reminder:
Call/Write Armed Services Committee Members
Congressional toll-free number: (877) 762-8762 (If it's busy, don't let
that stop you! Spend a quarter to call direct!) OR try it again, it works!!
NOW, a thoughtful, short E-Mail won't hurt, either! [Read
about the plan to destroy Warbirds, small arms, manuals, radios, vintage
military avionics, etc., in the last several weeks' issues of ANN --ed.]
