Mine or going on two years and havent changed a bit the truck is driven and worked regular. I would submit that it depends on the quality of the work done all springs will de arch over time. According to the spring man . The family has been doing spring work in Fort Worth since 1928. I have a winch and a large bumper. Sticks out 2 feet made of 6 in channel probly weighs 500 lbs or better. The man has done 60 or more One tons for us over 10 years. Ours and customers all these trucks were hauling HEAVY loads trailers and equipment and run 1000's of miles some in off road capacities they were mostly new some in excess of 100,000 miles they were super duties but the oem springs were not up to snuff all road better regardless when he was done and were guarenteed to do the job. I have never taken one back because of spring failure or Dearching. If you would like his adress please let me K now He works on everthing and quite a bit of rare antique stuff.
