WDX wooden cab mount spec's

I have a 46WDX the cab does'nt have the right cab mounts and I wish to put it back stock. I need the size of the blocks, the type of wood used and spec's on the rubber or fiber shims used. I do know that the left side is solid mounted and the rest have a spring under the frame hanger. A Thank's Mike
