I don't have a parts book for the 58, but my 1969-71 shows the W100-WM300 using the same mount. A 1971 WM300 should use the same as the 1947 WDX. Applying that to your 58 W100, it would seem the same rubber insulators would be used (cone shaped on one side, flat on the other), 8 used in total. These would also be the same for the WC/M37 3/4 ton using the two speed transfer case, and also the M715. Under parts sources, contact A.B. Linn, Adirondack Dodge, and also Ace Surplus 361-573-3278 (TX) or 573-3276. Shop to get your best price, especially if your looking for 8.
