I wish I tell you good news, but there is no such thing as inexpensive. Your best bet is to find some local trucking company who has a load to haul east and needs some return load back to Flagstaff.
They can be shipped by train, but it would take some time to get it. Barring that you might call Fed Ex. or UPS ;-} BOB
