Before you go and break something you don't want to break, you should try to get some lubricant on all things you plan to move in the immediate future. There is a good thing we use named Skid, but you can do the same thing with automatic transmission fluid mixed with a less viscous penetrating oil, like WD-40 or carbeuretor cleaner. WD-40 will evaporate rapidly on a hot Baltimore day, but if we mix one part of that with 1-2 parts of the automatic transmission fluid, the higher molecular weight oil stops the lighter penetrating oil from heading straight for the ozone. I sprayed down an Airborne bulldozer which had been sitting for over ten years with this stuff the day after a tractor could not pull it out of its shallow grave. The next day, a truck and some gentle pressure moved it very quickly, tracks rolling. LUBE it or LOSE it.
