Sorry, the ignition I was talking about was the turn key pep boys on the shelf one, not the kind that fires the spark plugs. All the devices that were wired to the accessory line are not working. The engine systems (starter,fuel pump, coil, etc.) are on seperate wires. The truck never dies in idle. It is usually in fourth gear that the problem occurs.
