If it really is a 1939 like the owner thinks, it could be a VC series. The owner has it mounted on a Blazer chassis, but says he has the original chassis that goes with it. Might be worth checking out to save this rig. Owner is listed as Nick Totani, (717)668-0932 ext.1. In Tamaqua PA
